The Urban Rebounding System was developed by JB Berns and is in nearly 3,000 health clubs worldwide (Bally's, Crunch, Equinox, Gold's, New York Sports Clubs, Sports Club of LA, and the YMCA's, to name a few). In proper form, your feet barely leave the surface. You don't jump high, you jump strong. The Urban Rebounder is specifically designed for Urban Rebounding Workouts. First Timers can use the Training Bar until they get the hand of it, like training wheels on a bicycle.
The Rebounder is made of heavy grade round steel construction and is 40" diameter and 40 pounds. Total weight limit is 300 pounds. There is a 1 year warranty with this product but if you choose the 1 pay you will automatically be upgraded to a 2 year warranty.
Product includes: Urban Rebounder, Stabilizing Bar, 3 Videos - First Timers (28 min) - which gets you started, Bounce and Burn (39 min) - 7 Core Moves combined with sport specific moves, Power Bounce (57 min) - Core postures and hi-low moves for a full body workout, along with a bonus workout.
